ZONING HEARING

The Springfield Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a Public Hearing at 7:00 PM on Monday, April 27, 2026, in the Township Administration Building, 9211 Susquehanna Trail S, Seven Valleys, PA 17360 for the purpose of considering the following Zoning Hearing Application. Interested parties may attend the hearing and present evidence or comments or question witnesses.

A Zoning Hearing Application, No ZH-26-02 has been filed by Genesis Turfgrass, LLC (Gen Cam, LLC) for the property located at 11118 Susquehanna Trail South, Glen Rock, PA 17327, 47-000-DI-0058.C0-00000 in the Industrial Zoning District, for a Variance to install a 6 foot barbed wire fence in the front of the building setback line for the protection of their equipment and property, pursuant to Zoning Ordinance Section 500-94 General yard and setback regulations, Section B Fences and walls.
