Zoning Hearing-POSTPONED

The Springfield Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a Public Hearing at 7:00 PM on Monday, March 23, 2026, in the Township Administration Building, 9211 Susquehanna Trail S, Seven Valleys, PA 17360 for the purpose of considering the following Zoning Hearing Application. Interested parties may attend the hearing and present evidence or comments or question witnesses.

A Zoning Hearing Application, No ZH-26-01 has been filed by Bennie B. and Katie Lapp (Zook) for the property located at 799 Glen Rock Road, Glen Rock, PA 17327, 47-000-DI-0050.00-00000 in the Agricultural Zoning District, for a Special Exception pursuant to Zoning Ordinance Section 500-19 Concentrated Animal Feeding Operation (CAFO), Concentrated Animal Operation (CAO) or Concentrated Agricultural Operations (CAGO), property is currently is Agricultural Use and they desire to expand Agricultural Use to add a chicken barn.
