A Zoning Hearing Application, No. ZH-22-2 has been filed by John and Nancy Behrmann requesting a Variance of Section 500-10(C)(1)(d), of the Springfield Township Zoning Ordinance, to allow larger lot size for a single family detached dwelling, Section 500-91(D)(2), to allow smaller “staff” portion of the flag shaped lot, and Section 500-7, to allow utilizing the private lane as the access drive for two dwelling units.  The property at 7054 Highbourne Lane, Dallastown, PA 17313, is in Agricultural District.                 

          The Springfield Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a Public Hearing at 7:00 PM on Monday, November 28, 2022, in the Township Administration Building, 9211 Susquehanna Trail S., Seven Valleys, Pa. 17360 to receive testimony for or against the granting of this Variance.
